Thank you for choosing us for your beauty needs. We are committed to providing top-quality service in a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The following policies are intended to enhance everyone's experience with us.

Reservations policy

For all services: advanced reservation is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 to 48 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 100% of each service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Discount policy

Please be advised that all discounted gift cards, gift certificates, package deals and spa week offers cannot be combined with any other offers in the salon & spa, discounts and promotions.

Gift cards policy

Gift cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness and beauty to special people in your life.

•Gift cards can be purchased at the salon or online. Gift cards are treated as cash — all lost or stolen gift cards are strictly non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and not replaceable.

•Purchasing a gift certificate with another gift certificate is prohibited. Gift certificates can only be used for services or products. Our gift cards never expire for their cash value.

•All discounted gift cards, gift certificates, package deals and spa week offers cannot be combined with any other services, offers, discounts or promotions in our salon & spa.

•All sales are final.

First time clients receive 20% off any spa services. Some restrictions may apply.

Gratuities

Gratuities are preferred in cash, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle.

Payment methods

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Zelle or Venmo. We do not accept personal checks.

Age requirement policy

•Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without approval or accompaniment of an adult.

•16–17 years old: generally allowed to receive spa services such as facials or other services with parental consent.

•Under 16: frequently required to have a parent or guardian present in the room during treatments.

Refund policy

•All service, series and gift card sales are final.

•Unopened items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase as required by SNC Beauty Salon & Spa in order for any exchanges or refunds to be given.

•Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened or used returns of skin care products or other accessories.

Late arrivals policy

•We will always try our best to accommodate you if you're running behind, stuck in traffic, etc.

•Your tardiness can affect the remainder of our team's day by delaying them for clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations.

•Clients will generally be allowed a 15-minute grace period.

Professional boundaries

All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste: amount of light, type of music, and whether you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence.

•Feel free to ask questions your specialist will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have.

Mobile spa service policies

As mobile spa estheticians we bring all necessary equipment such as portable beds/tables, linens, and hospital grade sanitizers. Clients are responsible for notifying the provider of any contagious illnesses, medications, or medical conditions prior to the treatment.

Mobile phones must be silenced or turned off. Voices must be kept to a minimum in relaxation and treatment areas. When booking an at-home or corporate event spa, the following guidelines and standards apply.

Spa parties — everyone is VIP

Who doesn't like to relax at a spa? Well, now you can experience both in the comfort of your own personal setting.

Spa parties are a great way to have fun with the people you love whether it's for a birthday, baby shower, wedding shower, girl's or guy's night out, holiday party, sweet sixteen, bachelor or bachelorette party, or a kids/teens and adults celebration.

Our Mobile Spa is "Making Wellness Popular," bringing massage, skin care and pedicure/manicure treatments directly to your home, office, hotel or event.

•If you are planning a session or corporate event, let us know as early as possible.

What we want to know

•How many guests are you expecting?

•What is the age of the kids attending?

•What services are you looking for?

•The location.

Lost / stolen items

SNC Beauty Salon & Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Please make sure to keep all valuables with you at all times.

Sexual interaction

Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the specialist will never be appropriate.
